To begin your personalized experience, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit per park day, along with a $25 planning fee per day. This enables us to initiate all trip preparations, reserve your dates, and start building your custom plan.

Enjoy your Disney day with confidence — with expert guidance every step of the way, even before you arrive. We handle Lightning Lane selections, organize your day by priority, and send personalized updates with tips and maps, ensuring you get the most out of your time in the park.

Your assigned Virtual VIP Guide will connect with you the evening before your visit to review the strategy and ensure everything is in place.

⏱️ Timeline Overview

• At booking: We begin with a one-on-one planning consultation.

• 15 days before your park day: We align on preferences, priorities, and family interests.

• 7 days before: Lightning Lane bookings begin for Disney Resort Guests (or 3 days for off-site guests).

• 1 day before: You’ll receive a detailed park briefing and updates on shows, hours, and logistics.

• On the park day: We guide you virtually with real-time support, helping you navigate and adjust your itinerary as needed.

We request that guests follow the guidance provided to ensure a seamless experience. While every effort is made to meet ride preferences, please note that park conditions may require adjustments (weather, attraction closures, etc.)

📋 How to Book

After submitting your Virtual Guide Intake Form, we’ll review your details, confirm park availability, and verify your ticket and My Disney Experience account. Once your deposit is processed, we’ll begin creating your itinerary — with a full version delivered 30 days prior to your visit.

🍽️ Dining & Extras

We’re happy to assist with dining reservations during your guided days (subject to availability). For best results, we recommend quick-service meals to maximize time. Please note that reservations at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and other Enchanting Extras are currently not available through our service.

🏨 Hotel Guidance

While we don’t handle hotel bookings, we offer recommendations based on park access advantages. Guests staying at select Disney Resorts gain Early Entry and extended Lightning Lane booking windows.

🎟️ Lightning Lane Multi Pass (LLMP) & Single Pass (LLSP)

We will manage all ride bookings during your guided days through your My Disney account. These passes are required and vary in cost based on date and attraction:

• LLMP: ~$20–$40 per person/day

• LLSP: ~$10–$25 per ride

Charges are billed directly through your Disney account using your stored payment method.

💼 Payment & Cancellation Terms

By submitting your form and deposit, you agree to reserve a Virtual VIP Guide for the selected date(s) and authorize billing via electronic invoice.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If canceled 8 days or more in advance, 50% of your deposit can be credited toward a future booking (must be booked within 12 months).

• If canceled 7 days or less before your tour, a 50% charge applies per day.

🗓️ Rescheduling & Park Changes

If you need to adjust your park dates or destinations, you may apply 50% of your original deposit toward a future booking within one year — subject to current rates and planning fees.
