• Service Duration & Pricing

We require a minimum of 6 hours, but you’re more than welcome to add extra time depending on your family’s needs and pace.

• Starting from 6 hours – $150/hour + 20% gratuity

• Enchanted Extra Hours, for any additional hours added beyond the initial 6 - $120/hour + 20% gratuity.

Planning to stay until the nighttime spectacular? No problem - we’ll be with you until just before showtime! (Subject to park hours and availability.)

To ensure the best possible experience, groups larger than 10 guests will need to reserve two separate MyMagic VIP packages, each with a dedicated guide.

• Booking & Payment

• To secure your MyMagic VIP Tour, we ask for a non-refundable deposit that covers the first hour of each day booked, plus the 20% gratuity. Once the deposit is received, you’ll get a confirmation email and your date is officially on our calendar!
   

• The remaining balance is due 20 days before your park visit. Once that’s completed, your guide will send your MyMagic Park Picks PDF, filled with handpicked recommendations to make your day extra special.
   

• Need to adjust your hours or add extra time? Just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate whenever possible!

• Luxury Concierge Experience - $299

This one-time, non-refundable fee unlocks extra support and a smoother planning journey from the very beginning. Here’s what’s included:

​

• An in-depth Discovery Call with your personal magic-maker guide to customize your experience;

• Help with restaurant reservations, character meals, or magical extras like the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique - based on availability. These small details can turn a great day into an unforgettable one;

• Assistance with stroller and scooter rentals;

• Direct contact with your guide via phone/iMessage/WhatsApp immediately after your Discovery Call, so you can ask questions and get extra help well before receiving your MyMagic Park Picks PDF.
   

Please note: Without the Luxury Concierge Experience, guests will not have a Discovery Call and will only be connected to their assigned guide via iMessage or WhatsApp 20 days before the park visit.

• Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

We understand that plans can change - and we’re here to help whenever possible. Here’s how cancellations work:
 

• The initial deposit + 20% gratuity is non-refundable

• If you cancel 3 to 20 business days before your tour date, we will retain 4 hours of the total tour fee

• If you cancel within 48 hours (2 business days) of your tour, the entire tour fee will be non-refundable

• If MyMagic VIP needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll issue a full refund or help you rebook for a new date.
