It all starts with the contact form on our website, where you’ll share a few details. Once submitted, our Sales Team will get in touch by e-mail with everything you need to know about the service. We’re also happy to hop on a quick call to walk you through it all and answer any questions!

Ready to lock it in? We’ll send you a booking link for payment. As soon as it’s confirmed, you’ll receive your official voucher by e-mail — and your magical journey begins!

Meet your guide
(within 48 hours of booking)
Your personal guide - your very own magic-maker - will reach out by e-mail to introduce herself and get the planning started.

If you booked the Luxury Concierge upgrade: She’ll schedule a Discovery Call (up to 1 hour) to get to know you and your travel group better.

If not: You’ll receive a detailed form to fill out, so we can tailor everything to your group’s style.

Your guide will send a link to join a private WhatsApp or iMessage group for your family. This will be our go-to space for sharing quick updates, tips, and all communication from now on - easy, friendly, and in real-time.
You’ll also receive your MyMagic Park Picks, a personalized PDF packed with:

Lightning Lane time!
3 to 7 days before
Once you approve the plan, your guide will access your My Disney Experience app (with your authorization) to:

Purchase your Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass

Book your first 3 Lightning Lane Multi Pass attractions
Pro Tip: Make sure your app is connected to a credit card beforehand.

The Big Day - your park day
Your guide will be online with you, live on WhatsApp, from the park opening and throughout your contracted hours — helping you have the smoothest, most magical day possible. They’ll:
